Our Story

Compass Care Management, LLC was founded by Pam Weiss out of her passion and experience for helping and protecting older adults to ensure they live the best life possible, as well as personalizing how care management should be conducted. Her care philosophy emphasizes the importance she places on incorporating her client’s privacy, wishes, lifestyle preferences, rights, values and goals into a uniquely crafted Compass Care Plan. Her decision to develop a boutique business model with limited number of clients is an outgrowth of her determination to provide personalized, prompt and premier service to those who choose to work with her.

Pam Weiss graduated magna cum laude from Marymount College of Fordham University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. When Pam combined her sharp business skills with a lifelong dedication to helping others, she found professional purpose and has not looked back! Pam continues to educate herself with issues affecting older adults and specific healthcare concerns for her clients. She networks with other like-minded individuals who are equally as dedicated in their professions, and partners with them when it is beneficial for her clients.

She is a member in good standing with the Society of Senior Advisors, Aging Life Care Association, National Council of Certified Dementia Care Practitioners, Greater National Advocates, Dementia Care Institute, and Continuity of Care Association.
